‘Aha!’ Moment of the Day!

So it’s been a few weeks since my last blog and all kinds of great things have been happening in my world!  I’m sure amazing things are happening in your life as well!  Congrats and I wish you many more prosperous and productive days!

I just left a productive meeting with a friend and during our conversation something very critical stuck out to me, an ‘aha!’ moment of sorts.  I’ve read that, by definition, an ‘aha’ moment is “a moment of clarity, a defining moment where you gain real wisdom – wisdom you can use to change your life.”  What was your ‘aha!’ moment of the day?  Sometimes, if you’re anything like me, you’re looking for this huge, earth shattering, e=mc² idea to avail itself to you for it to be of value when most times the idea is so ridiculously simple.

My ‘aha!’ moment came as my friend and I were talking and I realized his struggle.  I was able to recognize it because it’s something I’ve struggled with from time to time in my life.  The concept: An idea without implementation remains only a fleeting wish.  I’d be willing to bet that you are sitting on at least one million dollar idea!  I know as you read that sentence something just came to mind!  Well yeah, that thing that you know if you could only get it out there or get the right pair of eyes or ears on it, it’s a done deal!  Ideas are easy, Implementation is the challenge.  This post is a quick teaser for a series of posts I’ll provide which will assist you in going from I-2-I, Idea to Implementation.

Don’t take your dreams and aspirations to the grave, they are no use to anyone buried.  I’m reminded of the scripture verse Matthew 25:14-30 which talks about the talents given to the servants.  Specifically the servant who was given one talent and chose to bury it rather than use some human ingenuity and produce.  Once the master returned, he was slightly disturbed to say the least.  Going as far as to refer to  his servant as ‘wicked and lazy.’  The servant was then stripped of the one talent he had and it was given to the servant who acted on an idea and implemented a plan to it’s accomplishment.  Talent is such a suitable word in this context.  Are you building on your God-given talents or are you attempting to bury them 6 ft under?  Since you’re reading this, I know you’re someone who wants  to build on and produce from what you’ve been given.  So, over the next few weeks, we will go step by step through the I-2-I process.

There are no excuses!  Life is Giving You the Green Light!!
